Sigma Swimming
Hello Swim Team and Adult Fitness Swimmers!
We continue our series on the importance of always chasing better technique. If you missed our first weeks in the series focusing on Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Backstroke,

Fact of the week: We are accustomed to looking at freestyle ABOVE the water. As competitive and fitness swimmers, we have seen what a beautiful freestyle stroke looks like at the surface. However, what occurs UNDERWATER is two- to three- times more important. The path and action of the freestyle pull from catch to power phase to follow through, are critical.
How does my swimmer move up? Our
group promotion standards are your guide to growing and graduating! Promotion times can be achieved in practice or swim meets. We prefer to see them happen at a swim meet!
We're looking forward to a summer of technical improvement!
