Relays
- We WILL NOT have relays for this meet
Pre-Meet Preparation
- Write your child's event number and name on his/her forearm
- Please click HERE for a link to a photo example. This is mandatory and is NOT the responsibility of your child's coach.
- Please refer to the Meet Entries at the bottom of the landing page to determine the event name and number.
- Write the event names in the order that they will be swum (e.g. 50 Free, 100 Fly)
- Write the event number next to the event name (e.g. 35, 39)
- Leave a blank column for our coaches to complete the Heat ("H") and Lane ("L")
Arrival, Check in, Warmup Times
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled warm up time. This will be an open warm-up so we will need to save lanes.
Apparel / Attire
- Team Caps
- Team caps are required. ALL swimmers must wear a team cap both during warmup and when racing.
- Please see your site coordinator for a team cap OR you can see your child's coach at the meet.
- Caps are $16 for regular or $18 for long-hair and will be billed to your account
- Team Suits
- Are NOT required for this meet. If you need a team suit, we might have one in stock for you. Please email swim@sigmaswimming.org to see if we have your child's size in stock.
- Team Shirts
- If you have a team shirt, WEAR IT! If you would like a team shirt, please email swim@sigmaswimming.org along with the size you'd like. We will deliver it to your swimmer at the meet! Are NOT required for this meet.
- Mask
- Masks and social distancing are strongly encouraged but not required.
Achievements
- Sigma Time Standards - Athletes will be awarded for new time standards achieved. Swimmers will earn tags for each new standard achieved. We would love to see swimmers eventually achieve the AAAA time standards for as many events as possible. Please view, print, and place these on your fridge!
- Sigma New Group Promotion Standards - View the times needed to be promoted to the next group level!
Performance Summary - Includes:
- Top season times by athlete
- Top 10 season team times
- All-time team records
- Meet results from prior meets
- Time standards for all meet levels
