Here are your announcements on this Columbus Day Monday: 

Team shirt being ordered

  • Team shirts have arrived!
  • If you placed an order for your shirt in the summer, you will receive yours first  =)
  • Shirts are $14

Awards Banquet - LAST CALL
  • We have 5 remaining spaces
  • Last call to register for our annual banquet! Please reply to this email if you would like your child and family to be included.
  • The awards banquet is scheduled for Saturday, October 25
  • The location and revised date is now posted HERE
Competitions
  • LAST CALL for Intrasquad #2 at Lake Worth this Friday, October 17 from 4:30-7:30 pm. Please reply to this email if you would like your child to compete. 
  • More Level 2 and 3 meets to be added as more information is given to us.
USA Swimming Registration
  • USA Swimming requires all Tier 1-8 swimmers to be registered on a yearly basis
  • Please ensure you have completed the 2015 USA Swimming registration form for your Tier 1-8 swimmer
  • Please give completed form to your location's site coordinator or email to Kellie@sigmaswimming.org
  • The annual USA Swimming registration fee this year is $67 and will be included in the November billing cycle
Team Suits
  • Will be available at the following locations:
    • TWU - 10/13-10/18
    • Cleburne - 10/20-10/25
    • TCCNW - 10/27-10/31
    • Burleson - 11/03-11/07
  • Our contract with Arena requires all Tier 1-8 swimmers to purchase a team suit each year

Billing
  • Please view our Tuition Policy HERE
    • Your child might not be able to swim if his/her tuition is unpaid. No exceptions
    • Only check, credit card, or bank draft will be accepted.
  • It is important that your credit card or checking account is updated in our system
  • Please ensure that your payment method is up-to-date by following these steps:
    • Log in to your account
    • On the right side of the page, select "My Account"
    • From the drop down menu, select "$My Invoice/Payment"
