Hi Sigma Families,
Here are your announcements for the second week of September:
- A big thank you to all of our families, swimmers, and staff for working together to start the 2014-2015 season great!
- Please let us know if you need anything!
- We modified Brenna's design and will have shirts for purchase in about 2 weeks. Stay tuned!
Team swim caps will arrive in 1 week
- Please see your site coordinator to purchase your child's Sigma silicone cap!
- We will bill your account, no cash/check/on-deck payment necessary
Awards Banquet Date and Location
- The awards banquet has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 25
- The location and revised date is now posted HERE
- Even if you were not with us last 2013-2014 season, join us!
Competitions
- Join us for our first meet of the fall by CLICKING HERE. The meet is for Sigma swimmers only and will be held at either our Burleson or Lake Worth locations on Friday, September 19.
- Level 2 (BB) meets have been posted! Please CLICK HERE to see the 2 new meets posted at Mansfield and Southlake, respectively.
USA Swimming Registration
- USA Swimming requires all Tier 1-8 swimmers to be registered on a yearly basis
- Please ensure you have completed the 2015 USA Swimming registration form for your Tier 1-8 swimmer
- Please give completed form to your location's site coordinator or email to Kellie@sigmaswimming.org
- The annual USA Swimming registration fee this year is $67 and will be included in the November billing cycle
Team Suits
- Will be available for sizing later this month for Tier 1-8 swimmers
- Our contract with Arena requires all Tier 1-8 swimmers to purchase a team suit each year
- More information will be available later
Billing
- Please check your account using the directions at the bottom of this email to ensure that you do not have a balance due
- Swimmers will not be allowed to swim if their accounts have balances and are not paid

Billing
- Please view our Tuition Policy HERE
- Your child might not be able to swim if his/her tuition is unpaid. No exceptions
- Only check, credit card, or bank draft will be accepted.
- It is important that your credit card or checking account is updated in our system
- Please ensure that your payment method is up-to-date by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- On the right side of the page, select "My Account"
- From the drop down menu, select "$My Invoice/Payment"
