Happy Rest and Labor Day!
- Thank you to the Bohan, Bybee, Chaudhari, Coates, Dunham, Feriend, Lloyd, Lois, Nolan, Pagan, and Tinner Families for offering their services to officiate.
- We have the officials we need. However, if you are interested in helping us get our Intrasquad meet times to count as USA Swimming official times by officiating, please reply to this email.

- The following locations will be OPEN on Labor Day:
- Cleburne
- North Richland Hills
- All other locations will be closed
Awards Banquet Date and Location
- The awards banquet has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 25
- The location and revised date is now posted HERE
- Even if you were not with us last 2013-2014 season, join us!
Competitions
- Join us for our first meet of the fall by CLICKING HERE. The meet is for Sigma swimmers only and will be held at either our Burleson or Lake Worth locations on Friday, September 19.
- Swim meets for the fall and spring have been posted. There will be about 10 more meets posted in the upcoming weeks.
- Level 2 (BB) meets are still waiting to be posted
USA Swimming Registration
- USA Swimming requires all Tier 1-8 swimmers to be registered on a yearly basis
- Please ensure you have completed the 2015 USA Swimming registration form for your Tier 1-8 swimmer
- Please give completed form to your location's site coordinator or email toKellie@sigmaswimming.org
- The annual USA Swimming registration fee this year is $67 and will be included in the November billing cycle
Team Suits
- Will be available for sizing later this month for Tier 1-8 swimmers
- Our contract with Arena requires all Tier 1-8 swimmers to purchase a team suit each year
- More information will be available later
Billing
- Please check your account using the directions at the bottom of this email to ensure that you do not have a balance due
- Swimmers will not be allowed to swim if their accounts have balances and are not paid

- Your child might not be able to swim if his/her tuition is unpaid. No exceptions
- Only check, credit card, or bank draft will be accepted.
- It is important that your credit card or checking account is updated in our system
- Please ensure that your payment method is up-to-date by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- On the right side of the page, select "My Account"
- From the drop down menu, select "$My Invoice/Payment"
